I love this recipe because I can prepare the 'steaks' ahead, then heat them up on the grill at BBQs. Plus, cauliflower is a wonderful vegetable, probably one of the most versatile there is. It is not only low in calories, but it's a great source of vitamin C and has a good number of beneficial antioxidants.
So forget the frozen store-bought burgers and dodgy sausages. Let's fry ourselves some cauliflower goodness. Bring on summer!
