I felt that this powerful smoothie was fit to say "See you!" or "Mata aimasyou" (I'm learning Japanese as a break from wedding planning. Yes, yes, I have been called crazy a good number of times by my future husband.)
I have to say that my favourite superfood is spirulina, but sometimes, when I'm looking for something that's not too hard on my taste buds, I
opt for wheatgrass powder in my smoothies. There are several reasons why one should try to include wheatgrass in his/her diet. First of all, it's one of the best sources of chlorophyll available today.

WARRIOR WHEATGRASS SMOOTHIE
servings: 2 big glasses / 4 smaller ones
preparation: around 5 minutes
(depending on your apple-coring skills)
no cooking required; this is a raw recipe
EQUIPMENT & INGREDIENTS
* You can experiment with any green you like. If you don't want zucchini, you can try this with some fresh kale or spinach, or even a nice green or purple leafy lettuce. I cannot promise you that it will taste the same, but it will still be nutritious. If you do use a different vegetable, try to keep to the same amounts. There's a great chance that if you use too much spinach, for example, you end up with a sour-tasting drink. Other than that, go crazy.
